To translate form fields on the 'Contact Us' page:
  1. In the administration panel, go to Website > Content.
  2. Click on the Contact Us link and open the Form builder tab.
  3. Choose the desired language in the Language option in the top left corner of the page.
  4. Translate the fields (replace a description with its translation.)
  5. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
