1. Open the following link:
   https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_US
2. Click on the Register with My UPS link (if you do not have a UPS account).
3. Click on the Request an access key link.
4. On the opened page enter your contact and account information and select the Request Access Key to continue.
